.125 GM DARK CHOCOLATE
.25 GM WALNUTS CRUSHED
.5 GM COCOA POWDER.
METHOD
.PREPARE AN 8 INCH ROUND BAKING MOULD WITH PAN GREASE/OIL
.PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEG
.LAY OUT ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS(IT HELPS TO BE (ORGANISED)
.START BY MAKING THE MERINGUE.WHISK TOGETHER EGG WHITES AND SUGAR TILL A NICE WHITE MERINGUE FORMS.
.MELT THE CHOCOLATE WITH THE BUTTER
.ADD YOLKS AND WHISK.ADD SIFTED COCOA.
.ADD IN WALNUTS
.NOW FOLD HAVE THE CHOCOLATE MIX INTO MERINGUE MIX.
LITTLE BY LITTLE
..NOW TRANSFER THE MERINGUE INTO THE REMAINING CHOCOLATE MIX AND FOLD TILL INCORPORATED.
.PUT IN PAN AND BAKE 25 MINS TILL SLIGHTLY MOIST IN CENTRE
.PLACE ON A TRAY AND LAY A WEIGHT EG CHOPOING BOARD ON TOP OF CAKE TO PRESS DOWN
.COOL 20 MINS
.DUST WITH ICING SUGAR AND SERVE SLICED OR WHOLE ...ROOM TEMP OR SLIGHTLY WARMED..........ENJOY
