SPICY SRIRACHA PRAWNS WITH BASIL AND SPRING ONIONS(CUISINE;ASIAN)

HI...TODAY WAS A DAY I HAD A SUPER WORKOUT AND WAS IN THE MOOD OF SOMETHING DELICIOUS.....I HAD A BATCH OF DEVEINED DESHELLED AND CLEAN PRAWNS IN THE FRIDGE SO PULLED THEM OUT AND CONCOCTED THIS YUMMY DISH...DO TRY THE RECIPE..IT WAS YUM

SPICY SRIRACHA PRANS WITH BASIL AND SPRING ONIONS    RATING 8/10
INGREDIENTS
1)10-12 MEDIUM SIZED PRAWNS
2)CHOPPED GARLIUC AND RED AND GREEN CHILLIES-1
3)3 T OYESTER SUCE
4)2 T SRIRACHA CHILLI SAUCE
5)1 T FISH SAUCE
6)LEMON JUICE
7)15 BASIL LEAVES
8)3 T SPRING ONION GREENS
METHOD
1) HEAT OIL IN A WOK AND FRY GARLIC AND CHILLIES
2)ADD PRAWNS AND STIR FRY
3)ADD OYESTER SAUCE FISH SAUCE AND SRIRACHA
4)COOK TILL SAUCE COATS PRAWNS. IF TOO DRY ADD LIL WATER,ADD BASIL LEAVES.
5)SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE AND SERVE WITH SPRING ONION GREENS
