3TSP GARAM MASALA

MIX ALL.
MARINATE WITH CHICKEN CHUNKS FOR ATLEAST 8 HOURS OR PREFERABLY OVERNIGHT. THE NEXT DAY TAKE OUT OF FREEZER AND:
CAN DO HALF IN GAS TANDOOR N THEN COOK IN KARAHI WITH REMAINS .COMES OUT MOIST
